Postdocs

 

We are seeking for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Organic Chemistry to work in thie field of enantioselective catalysis, radical chemistry and photochemistry. The project will involve the development of new chiral catalysts and their application in asymmetric catalysis of radical reactions.

• A full-time 1-year contract with a possibility of extension

• Working in a young and dynamic team

• Access to state of the art research infrastructure at a new campus of the Jagiellonian University. 

• The prospective Postdoc will acquire skills and experience in asymmetric catalysis and photochemistry

Requirements:

• PhD in organic chemistry

• Experience in synthetic organic chemistry

• Good level of English

• High motivation

Valued qualities:

• Experience in enantioselective catalysis

• Experience in photochemistry

Responsibilities:

• The development of enantioselective radical processes.

• Writing reports, preparation of scientific articles, and presentation of results in group meetings and conferences.

• Complete documentation of research results.
