Research

Progress in organic chemistry is fundamental to all sciences that rely on organic molecules. In particular, compounds with well-defined spatial arrangements are highly sought after due to their biological significance and wide range of applications. Our research focuses on addressing challenges in the stereocontrolled synthesis of chiral molecules by leveraging modern tools of organic chemistry. We are currently pursuing exciting projects in the areas of enantioselective Brønsted acid catalysis and radical catalysis. We believe that the catalytic strategies developed in our group will contribute to a more sustainable future and drive innovation in organic synthesis.
